Welp, never thought I’d share my trash can of a Welp, never thought I’d share my trash can of a shower on here but here it is. The base of the tub is cracking and I’m going to try to avoid any water leaks 🤞🏼 by moving this project to the top of my list.. What color tile should I do in here? White, gray, a pop of color?! When painting a dark color, know that every little When painting a dark color, know that every little mark and imperfection will show up. I knew this, and I knew my walls in my 35 year old townhome were nothing near perfect, in fact.. the edging on the ceiling under the stairs and the hideous textured ceilings that’s not even popcorn (so it’s not even worth removing) is a disaster. But I embraced it, painted the whole thing dark gray/green and I love this little dark half bath under the stairs. It’s perfectly imperfect. And I can finally call the first room in the townhouse *DONE* I’m never touching it again. Maybe.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’ll be posting a full half bath reveal on the blog soon. I mean, can’t blame her... we cut a hole in the drywall and shoved her in the wall so I’m sure she’s about had it with us. Anyways, @lauren_m_lang and I can’t wait for you to come meet her when we can open to the public and have you over for a drink. Pearl will be fully stocked.
