Tile Files: Colored Tiles

Tile Files

I’m back with another tile files post. I love that you guys were excited for this series because I can’t even begin to describe how much I loveeee pretty tile work. Today’s post is all about colored tiles – I’ve been crushing on some pretty wacky tiles lately, you’ll have to let me know how you feel about these!

ONEBlue Scalloped Tile… This tile is so pretty and chic on it’s own but paired with crisp white and brass accents it’s taken to another level. This bathroom is proof that it’s all in the details.

TWODark Aquamarine Tile… I’m swooning over this hexagon tile. I also love the look it creates at the top where it just stops on the wall instead of having a clean border. Such a cute, whimsical look!

THREEGray Floor Tile… Simple gray tile floors are taken to another level with a shaped tile. I love this look, it’s detailed but symmetrical at the same time which caters to a few different preferences if you’re looking for a compromise.

FOURSage Subway Tile… This bathroom has a lot going on in it but this subway tile makes such a statement with it’s muted color. The clean lines and simplicity of the tile is perfection in my book. I love the black and white paired together in this space too!

FIVENavy Subway Tile… I’ve been on a huge navy/blue kick lately. I’m loving that it’s so on trend right now and this navy subway tile is perfect. I love that it only comes up the wall halfway, acting as chair rail height. It definitely helps keep things light and airy!

SIXYellow Subway Tile… Now, I’m not always a huge fan of yellow but this subway tile placed on an angled wall in this bathroom creates such a happy environment. I love the character that this accent wall creates.

SEVENBlue Floor Tile… This star pattern on the floor creates such a cool, detailed look with only one kind of tile. Such an amazing idea even for those on a budget! Creating different patterns and shapes in your floors is a great way to get creative and switch things up!
