I’m so excited to share the final reveal with you of this beautiful Charlotte home. Today’s reveal is only part one of two… because it’s just that good. Call me biased but this just might be one of my favorites to date. So, for today, we’ll cover the formal living room. Click through to check out all the details.
The formal living room and dining room is an open concept layout taking up almost one half of the main level of this house. With so much available space, the first thing to tackle was the paint color. We decided on Benjamin Moore’s Revere Pewter – The most perfect greige (gray/beige) paint color you can never go wrong with. This room had pretty sufficient lighting especially with the massive windows in each room, so we got right to work with the furniture and design details. The formal living room didn’t get much use initially and my clients had a good amount of existing furniture whether it be second hand or brand new, it really just needed to be rearranged within the space. The only items we added in the living room were the ottomans, the gold side table, lighting, curtains, etc. And of course the wall decor and accessories to complete the finishing touches. I’ll let the photos do the rest of the talking… enjoy!
